I believe fashion and wellbeing go hand in hand. Dressing with intention is an incredibly powerful tool to increase your personal wellness; yet we often overlook it, or we undervalue it or take it for granted.
With the knowledge of how clothing has energy and understanding how it can make you feel, you can then become the best version of yourself.
