I believe fashion and wellbeing go hand in hand. Dressing with the intention to increase your personal wellness is an incredibly powerful tool, yet we often overlook it, or we undervalue it, or take it for granted.
My approach is unique but effective, as you’ll learn how to use clothes to feel better, stronger and more empowered. A key part of mindful dressing is helping to bridge the gap between the way you want to look with the way you want to feel.
